We thank you for entrusting us to care for your pet/s.

• Whilst we take the utmost care and precautions to look after your pet at Doggy-Style, it must be distinctly understood that the owners and authorized staff of Doggy-Style are in no way liable for any damage to or loss of property of any kind. Doggy-Style is not responsible for any leads, toys, bedding, collars, name tags or any personal items left on the premises.
• Should your dog show any sign of aggression, it is your duty to advise us in advance so that we can prevent any altercations. Doggy-Style will not be held responsible for any accounts accrued through injury or loss should your dog/s fight with each other.
• It must be understood that no dogs will be allowed in our kennels or day care if all vaccinations aren’t up to date. Namely 5/6-in-1 annual vaccine (DHPPi / DA2PPi), Lepto, Rabies and Kennel Cough. While we will try our best to remind you when the vaccinations will need to be updated, it is ultimately your responsibility.
• All dogs older than 6 months must be spayed or neutered. We cannot take dogs older than 6 months in for boarding or day care if they’re not sterilized.
• Puppies younger than 6 months can still come in for boarding or day care, but it must be understood that as they get to 6 months old, they will have to be sterilized.
• I authorize Doggy-Style where it is not expedient or practical to contact me to get medical attention for my dog. All costs will be for the owners account. Doggy-Style will do their utmost to contact the owner first however. The choice of Veterinarian will be at the sole discretion of the proprietors of Doggy-Style. The pet owner MUST advise of any health issues or medication that their pets might have.
• Should the management of Doggy-Style detect any signs of ticks or fleas I give them permission to give my dog Capstar (at owners expense) and to keep them separate from other dogs.
• Doggy-Style and its authorized staff are in no way liable for death or injury through sickness, escape or from any other cause whatsoever to your animal whilst it is in our kennels.

We undertake to look after your dog/s to the best of our ability and will treat them with love and respect to make their stay with us as pleasant as possible.

 Please note that we require a signed Admission / Indemnity form before taking dogs in for Day care or Boarding.
